Group 5.png

My role at 100 Shapes includes UX Lead, Lead Researcher, Project Manager and Workshop Facilitator. I work in an agile ways and I am familiar with Scrum and lean methods. I love to be involved in the end to end process and I am a strong believer of the cross-functional teams.

I think that stakeholder should be involved in the process as much as possible and workshops are an amazing tool to get a team and business buy-in. I love running them and see the project making a big leap after having brought the different perspective in the room.

I always work in a lean agile way with my users at the center of all my decisions.

My projects

I can't discuss my projects in details but here is a snapshot of what I do:

E-commerce Website for Aroma d'Ose

Work In Progress

Summary

aroma d'Ose is French medicinal plants startup that sells infusions, soft medicine and plants. They are in the process of building their online presence and reached out to me to create their website. The website needs to successfully showcase the brand and its values. I needed to build the requirements with the founders and create a pleasant experience for their users. In addition, it was important for the founder to be able to edit her website herself so we chose to use Wix to build it. I then did a Wix bootcamp for her and her employees.

Redesign of TechHub.com

Mockup+copy.png

Summary

TechHub is a global tech community. They are offering coworking and collaborative spaces in eight different cities around the world including London. Even though they have a really high quality product in their competitive landscape their website was not properly reflecting their offering. Our brief was to redesign the homepage, event page and apply process to increase relevant applications and event attendees. We quickly realised through user research and usability testings that the key to the problem was an easy and clear access to TechHub offering and values from the home page, and for the rest of the website our challenge was to keep the user engaged.

A New Feature for Meetup.com

download (1).png

Summary

We had to design a feature build into the Meetup site to help organisers and host to find one another. We've designed a matchmaking tool for organisers to find the perfect venue. In addition, venues can now promote their space and be matched with the relevant organisers avoiding waste of time.

A Microsite for Waitrose Recipe Planner

waitrose.png

Summary

Waitrose identified a need of help to plan meals for their users. After numerous user interviews, task analysis and card sorting session I was able to identify the various pain points of users when it came to planning their meal for the week. They wanted to feel inspired and be able to easily plan, receive and cook meals. My design aimed to inspire them, provide an easy access to the information they were after and be able to have a quick and easy checkout process.
